Internet Service: Internet speeds may vary based on customer-owned equipment and location. Internet service requires a 6-month commitment. Early termination incurs a fee of $30/month (maximum $180). Internet service may be suspended for up to 6 months per year with a $39.95 suspend fee. After 6 months, a $4.50 monthly fee applies. Any service under commitment will have its term extended by the suspension period. Managed Wi-Fi suspension beyond 6 months incurs a $2.00 monthly fee. By using GVT Internet, I agree to follow GVT’s current and future rules and GVT By-laws, including the Acceptable Use Policy and any network-specific rules. GVT does not guarantee network performance or uninterrupted service.
GVT Stream Service: GVT Stream requires Internet service. Internet and GVT Stream service may be suspended for up to 6 months per year with a $39.95 suspend fee. After 6 months, a $4.50 monthly fee applies. A $25 monthly fee applies after 6 months of suspension of GVT Stream. Programming & Pricing are subject to change and not tied to any commitment. Blackout restrictions are set by sports leagues and teams; GVT has no control over them. GVT Stream requires a 12-month commitment. Early termination fee is $149 if commitment is not met. A $15/month video circuit fee applies to video-only services.
General Terms: A $10 fee applies for downgrading service or disconnecting optional packages. A $15.50 per-line connection fee applies when signing up for telephone service or activating a new account or service. Charges do not include FCC or regulatory charges, franchise fees, or federal, state, and local taxes. Upon service termination, equipment must be returned in good condition (normal wear-and-tear accepted). Unreturned equipment will be billed at full retail price. GVT is not liable for service interruptions beyond its control, including subscriber property issues, access limitations, power failures, or third-party equipment failures (e.g., television signal or satellite outages). Due to billing cycles, the first bill may cover 1.5 to 2 months and is due 20 days after billing. I agree to hold GVT, its Officers, Directors, and Agents harmless from liability arising from special, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits or service unavailability. High-Speed Internet and Cellular service are subject to their own terms & conditions and service agreements.
